48 multinational supplier representatives qualified for the celebration. Led by Marmon Distribution Services Inc. president Alan L. Wilkinson, this was the 20th outing held since the inauguration of Marmon/Keystone's Supplier Quality System (SQS).
 
Wilkinson and Marmon/Keystone vice president commercial Ron Lenhart presented perfect performance awards to suppliers who achieved the highest scores in the areas of on-time delivery, zero defects and outstanding service for the year 2013. The eight suppliers honored with this distinction were: 

• American Tube of Birmingham, Ala.
• Independence Tube of Chicago, Ill.
• Industrial Hard Chrome, Ltd. of Geneva, Ill.
• Jiuli USA of Houston, Texas
• Maruichi Leavitt Pipe & Tube LLC of Chicago, Ill.
• Vallourec, Inc. of Houston, Texas
• Webco Industries Inc. of Sand Springs, Okla.
• Welded Tube of Canada from Concord, Ont. 

The featured speaker was Glen E. Tellock, chairman, president and chief executive officer of The Manitowoc Company Inc. Manitowoc is a global manufacturer of commercial food service and food retail equipment, as well as an industry leader in the lattice-boom crane industry. At the event he discussed the company and world market for Manitowoc products and business obstacles.
