Majestic Again Named One of Best Places to Work in Northeast Ohio
09/10/2014 - Majestic Steel USA is honored to once again be recognized by ERC as one of Northeast Ohio's best places to work for top talent.
This year's winners will be acknowledged at a recognition dinner on 10 September 2014 at Landerhaven in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
"We pride ourselves on bringing in top talent and going above and beyond to keep our associates engaged and happy in their careers," said director of human resources Melissa Duda. "That's why it's especially rewarding when an organization outside of our own recognizes the hard work and passion our associates bring with them to the job each and every day."
This is the eighth time Majestic Steel has received the NorthCoast 99 award, in addition to a number of other regional and yearly awards for workplace happiness. Since 1999, hundreds of organizations have been nominated and applied for this award, and the program has recognized nearly 400 organizations for their ability to maintain great workplaces and support the attraction, retention and motivation of top performers.
The program was developed and is presented by ERC, one of Ohio's leading organizations dedicated to HR, workplace programs and practices, training, health insurance and consulting.
