Last of Mahoning Valley Furnaces Coming Down
10/20/2017 - Demolition has resumed on the last standing blast furnace in Ohio’s Mahoning River Valley, reports the The (Youngstown, Ohio) Vindicator.
According to The Vindicator, demolition work began anew late this summer of the former Republic Steel/RG Steel blast furnace in Warren.
