Large-Diameter Spiral-Weld Line Enters Production
11/07/2017 - Algeria’s EPE Alfapipe has put a new 80-inch, spiral-welded pipe mill into service, according to the equipment supplier on the project.
According to Danieli, the line, installed at the company's Ghardaia plant, has passed all of its performance tests and has entered commercial production. Danieli said work on a twin line, which is being installed at Alfapipe’s Annaba site, is set to begin in the first half of 2018.
