Lakeside Reaches Tentative Agreement with Canadian Auto Workers
11/02/2011 - Lakeside Steel Inc. has reached a tentative agreement with the Canadian Auto Workers, Local 523 representing approximately 350 employees of Lakeside Steel Corp.
Lakeside Steel Inc. has reached a tentative agreement with the Canadian Auto Workers, Local 523 representing approximately 350 employees of Lakeside Steel Corp., the wholly-owned subsidiary of Lakeside.
The tentative agreement, which would cover a three-year term ending October 31, 2014, is subject to approval by members of Canadian Auto Workers, Local 523 on November 2, 2011.
Lakeside, the parent company of Lakeside Steel Corporation, Lakeside Steel Alabama Inc. and Lakeside Steel Texas Inc., is a diversified steel pipe and tubing manufacturer with a focus on manufacturing and upgrading Oil Country Tubular Goods.
