KOCKS Wins Order for SBQ Mill Reducing and Sizing Block
12/07/2023 - China’s Changzhou Dongfang Special Steel Co. Ltd. has contracted rolling mill specialist KOCKS for a reducing and sizing block to serve a new special bar quality line.
Located in Changzhou, China, the line will produce straight bars ranging from 20 mm to 80 mm in diameter.
The contract includes the rolling equipment, remote control for stand and guide adjustments, roll shop equipment, and the hardware and software that assists operators in the stand and guide preparation and supports the entire tooling process.
Commissioning is scheduled for the end of 2024.
