Key Belgian Port Sees Steel Volumes Rise
01/08/2018 - Europe’s top steel port expects to report a 43% increase in its 2017 steel volumes, reports Breakbulk Magazine.
Wim Dillen, head of business development for the port of Antwerp in Belgium, tells the magazine that while trade measures have crimped China’s steel exports, producers in other countries have more than made up for the decline.
And to where has much of that steel gone? North America, according to Breakbulk Magazine.
