ITC Upholds Duty Orders for Welded Stainless Pipe
08/04/2006 -
Aug. 4, 2006 — The U.S. International Trade Commission will uphold existing antidumping orders on welded stainless steel pipe imported from Korea and Taiwan.
The decision follows the ITC’s determination that revoking the existing antidumping duty orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
All six Commissioners voted in the affirmative, finding that revoking the existing orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
This action comes under the five-year (sunset) review process required by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act.
