Infor Solutions to Support Danieli Automation Services
09/12/2007 - Infor signs agreement with Danieli Automation to implement a range of enterprise software solutions to support all stages of the company’s sales, production and after-sales processes.
Infor recently signed an agreement with Danieli Automation to implement Infor ERP LN, Infor CRM Epiphany Sales and also Infor e Service. Infor says that these solutions will provide a single view of operations that will help Danieli Automation answer customer requests, in real time, throughout all stages of the sales, production and after-sales processes.
Danieli Automation provides a complete supply of automation and electrical systems for the steel equipment industry, with activities ranging from plant design to commissioning of integrated solutions for steel companies. Sophisticated IT support was required to help the company manage its complex range of projects
Infor’s business-specific LN solution will help to support Danieli Automation’s project manufacturing and after-sales servicing. The highly scalable solution features built-in finance, sales, purchasing, configuration, planning, manufacturing, warehousing and service management capabilities. The solution will also help the company manage the complex supply chains that arise with multi-national manufacturing and distribution requirements.
Danieli Automation will also use Infor’s CRM Epiphany Sales to provide their sales people with real-time access to relevant data while interacting with customers.
