India Extends Import Protections on Certain Steels for Another 60 Days
08/08/2016 - The Indian government has extended its import price floor for certain steel products by an additional two months, reports The (India) Economic Times.
According to The Economic Times, the price floor will persist for 66 products, but is expiring for 107 others. India imposed the price floor earlier this year to protect domestic steelmakers from low-cost steels made outside of the country.
