Key results after implementation include:
 
  • Improved profitability through a profit-optimized sales mix, synchronized order booking and planning and execution
 
  • Improved customer satisfaction through better sales and operations alignment
 
  • Improved critical asset utilization through extended demand visibility, capacity projection, and better load balancing through advanced order planning.
Forecast accuracy also increased by nearly 30% for domestic contract customers, and the response time to customer inquiries was reduced from two hours to six seconds.
