Heidtman Steel and The Material Works to Build Coil-to-Coil SCS Strip Cleaner
08/01/2004 - Heidtman Steel Products, Inc. recently announced a joint venture with The Material Works, Ltd. (TMW) to build the first coil-to-coil configured (SCS) Strip Cleaner.
Heidtman Steel Products, Inc. recently announced a joint venture with The Material Works, Ltd. (TMW) to build the first coil-to-coil configured (SCS) Strip Cleaner.
The new line employs coil-to-coil SCS Strip Cleaner that will feature the typical SCS “napkin clean” oil-free process in an environmentally-friendly operation and at a very low operating cost. This SCS Strip Cleaner will initially reach speeds of 150 feet per minute and is projected for a 2005 first quarter installation. Heidtman and TMW have selected Red Bud Industries as the equipment manufacturer.
