Hatch IAS Wins Two New Orders for Automation Control Systems
09/24/2013 - Hatch IAS has won an order from Stripco Inc. as well as an order for repeat business from Hussey Copper.
Hatch IAS is providing its new state-of-the-art Achieva automation control system, using the Allen-Bradley® ControLogix® System from Rockwell Automation, to Stripco Inc., located in Mishawaka, Ind. This new system replaces an existing HAGC system on the company’s single stand reversing cold mill.
Hatch IAS also recently won a contract to provide Libertas Copper, LLC dba Hussey Copper, located in Leetsdale, Pa, with a new HAGC control system for its existing hot reversing mill which is a key element of the company’s rolling operation. Hatch also supplied the company with a HAGC system several years ago on an existing cold mill.
