Harris: Domestic Ownership of U. S. Steel Trumps Potential Job Losses
09/26/2024 - U.S. presidential candidate Kamala Harris on Wednesday reiterated her support for a domestically owned United States Steel Corporation, saying that control of the company outweighs the potential for job losses, reports the Bloomberg news service.
“It’s most important that we maintain America’s ability to have American manufacturing of steel by American workers,” Harris said during an interview with MSNBC, Bloomberg reported.
