Grupo Simec Mill Closed Following Fatal Explosion
10/31/2024 - At least 12 people were killed and another was injured Wednesday in an explosion at a Mexican steel mill, according to The Wall Street Journal.
According to The Journal, the explosion at the Grupo Simec facility occurred when molten steel came into contact with water.
