Germany’s Deurotech Expands Offerings Through Oschatz Acquisition
02/08/2023 - Germany’s Deurotech Group has acquired waste heat boiler and waste gas cooling systems specialist Oschatz Energy and Environmental GmbH and renamed the business Oschatz Power.
"With the addition of Oschatz Power, we are able to offer our customers an even broader product portfolio in the environmental and energy technology field, following the motto ‘Everything from one Source,’” said Deurotech Group chief executive Werner Deuring.
“Our customers will benefit from various synergies, which will be generated by our companies,” he added.
