G7 Resolves to Address Global Steel Glut
05/27/2016 - Leaders of the world’s seven wealthiest countries promised on Friday that they would take steps to address global excess steelmaking capacity, reports the Reuters news service.
According to Reuters, the Group of Seven countries didn’t single out China, but said in a statement that they would coordinate actions “that identify and seek to eliminate subsidies and support.”
