Pennuto joined Formtek in 2006 as a member of the the sales team and soon after was named as the sales and marketing director. He holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in engineering from the University of Missouri/Rolla.

"With Jack's exceptional talents, he has made considerable contributions to our sales process, including utilizing current technology to capture sales leads and market our many products," the company said in a statement. "He also has been instrumental in identifying any emerging markets for our machines."

Formtek said Pennuto also will work with parent company Mestek Inc.'s other machinery divisions to help advance their sales and marketing efforts.
