Former U. S. Steel CEO, David Roderick, Passes

10/09/2019 - David Roderick, 95, passed away in his home on 5 October 2019.

Prior to his 30-year career at United States Steel Corporation, he served in the United States Marine Corps. during World War II. He also held positions at Gulf Oil, Bessemer and Lake Erie Railroad Co., and Union Railroad Co. before joining U. S. Steel in 1959. He was the chief executive officer in the 1980s before retiring in 1989.
