Former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo Teams with Nippon Steel
07/22/2024 - Nippon Steel Corp. has enlisted the help of former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo as it works toward finalizing its US$14.9 billion acquisition of United States Steel Corporation, accord to the Reuters news service.
“We look forward to working alongside him to further emphasize the ways in which Nippon Steel’s acquisition of U. S. Steel bolsters the country’s economic and national security,” Nippon Steel told Reuters.
