Fives said one of the contracts is from the Fuxin Special Steel Co. Ltd. plant in the Fujian province. The contract calls for the design, manufacture and commissioning of two coil preparation lines and three 20-high  cold rolling mills, each with 110,000 tons of annual stainless steel capacity. 

The other contract is from Wisdri (Xinyu) Cold Processing Engineering Co. Ltd., a joint venture between WISDRI and Xinyu Iron & Steel. The contract provides for the design and supply of a cold mill to process non-grain oriented silicon steel, mainly for the automotive industry.

"For this project, Fives will design, manufacture and supply a DMS 20Hi cold rolling mill with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons to process NGO grade 210. The mill is intended for a very demanding application: electric car motors that require extremely high quality," the company said.
