Finkl Steel Parent Might Put Company on Sales Block
03/20/2024 - Swiss Steel Group is weighing whether to divest its specialty steel arm in North America, reports Recycling Today.
According to the publication, the steelmaker said in its most recent earnings report that it is considering a sale of Finkl Steel, which operates electric arc furnace plants in Chicago, Ill., USA, and Sorel-Tracy, Que., Canada.
