EVRAZ Stratcor Names New Marketing Vice President
09/04/2013 - Bradley K. Ewers has been named vice president, marketing for EVRAZ Stratcor, Inc., located in the company’s sales office in Chicago, Ill. In his new position, Mr. Ewers will be responsible for the sales and marketing of EVRAZ Stratcor’s extensive line of specialty vanadium alloys and chemicals.
EVRAZ Stratcor, Inc. produces extremely-high-purity vanadium oxide that it converts into vanadium-aluminum, vanadium halides, and other high-quality vanadium master alloys and chemicals. These products are used by the chemical, titanium, turbine-coatings, and steel industries to improve their products and/or processes.
In addition to his new position at EVRAZ Stratcor, Mr. Ewers will continue to be president of EVRAZ East Metals (North America), part of the subsidiary that markets EVRAZ ferrovanadium to steelmakers worldwide. Prior to joining EVRAZ East Metals in 2012, Mr. Ewers had over 15 years of sales-and-marketing experience with steel companies that are now part of the EVRAZ organization.
