Bob brings to the role extensive global experience in the provision of strategic advice and governance counsel to senior leadership teams, most recently as vice president and general counsel with Caterpillar Tunneling Canada, a subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc. A graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, he has practiced law in the United States and managed legal affairs in Latin America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East since 1987.
