EAF Components Supplier Erie Copper Acquired
09/18/2024 - Combustion solutions provider American Combustion International (ACI) has acquired Ohio-based Erie Copper Works, a strategic deal that will expand the company’s product lineup.
Founded in 1967, Erie Copper Works makes precision-engineered copper products for electric arc furnaces. ACI said the acquisition is expected to create significant synergies, enhance operational efficiency and accelerate product development.
