Schuff Steel Company, a subsidiary of DBM Global Inc., announced Thursday that it had completed the acquisition of a steel fabrication facility in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

DBM Global CEO Rustin Roach said in a statement with the South Carolina Department of Commerce that they expect the 148,000-square foot site to be updated and in operation later this year, bringing 180 jobs and a US$9 million investment to South Carolina.

Schuff Steel operates eight fabrication plants in the US, including locations in Georgia, Texas, Utah and Arizona.
