Danieli Supplying Tata Steel with Automation System for Inline Skinpass Mill
02/27/2013 - India's Tata Steel has placed an order with Danieli Automation for the replacement of the existing automation system of its inline skin pass mill with a state-of-art HiPAC control system.
Tata Steel, one of India’s main steel producers, has placed an order with Danieli Automation for the replacement of the existing automation system of its inline skin pass mill with a state-of-art HiPAC control system.
The HIPAC system will control the core of the skinpass mill and dimensional and quality characteristics of the coils.
The project was started in September 2012 and was expected be fully commissioned by February 2013.
