Danieli Modernizes Two Galvanizing Lines for Vietnamese Mill
07/18/2018 - Hoa Sen Group’s Hoa Sen Nghe An plant will be installing a new furnace and air wiping equipment at their two galvanizing lines, according to a press release by equipment supplier Danieli.
The plant, located in northern Vietnam, will be outfitted with a new Danieli X-Jet air knife system that features automatic lip cleaning and automatic gap width adjustment.
The upgrade will allow the mill to provide minimum coatings of 60 g/m2 total on both sides for galvanized (GI) steel and 30 g/m2 total on both sides for aluminum-zinc alloy coated (GL) steel. The new X-Jet system will also boost the plant’s output and product quality, Danieli said.
