The new entity is called  Danieli Germany GmbH, Danieli said in an announcement. 

The new company will operate out of two offices in Duisburg and Meinerzhagen. The Danieli Fröhling, Danieli W+K and Danieli Wean United product lines will retain their brand identities and will be business units within the company. 

“Jointly, they will benefit by sharing cross-product line process areas in the company and within the worldwide Danieli Group. In addition, especially with the objective of further strengthening, relevant areas will be expanded, addressing even better the German-speaking market,” Danieli said.
