According to Emirates Steel Arkan chief executive officer Saeed Alghafri, the agreement outlines a project to pilot an electrical process gas heater on the company’s Energiron direct reduction plant.

Emirates Steel Arkan operates two low-emission mini-mills that produce heavy sections, bars and wire rod.
