Custom Refractory Linings Maker Expands Operation
01/16/2017 - U.S.-based ArmorMax Engineered Products, which sells custom ceramic fiber and refractory products, has opened a new manufacturing and repair facility in eastern Pennsylvania.
In an announcement Monday, ArmorMax said the 50,000-square-foot plant in Lebanon, Pa., will allow it to meet growing demand for its products and services in the eastern U.S.
“Metal manufacturers are seeking innovative solutions for limiting downtime and maximizing their investment in maintenance and equipment repairs. By refurbishing their equipment in Lebanon, we can help plant owners, operators and managers in the eastern U.S. avoid the cost, downtime and disruption associated with completing repairs at their site while delivering superior restoration work in a controlled production environment,” said company president Greg Patterson.
The new plant also will serve as regional warehouse carrying a range of Morgan Thermal Ceramics insulating and refractory products for quick-ship service to customers of sister company ThermalMax.
ArmorMax is part of the part of the MAX Group of Companies.
