CSN to Purchase Metal Can Producer
12/01/2021 - The Brazilian steelmaker announced last week it has entered into an agreement to acquire metal can maker Metalgráfica, reports Reuters.
According to the news outlet, CSN said the move will allow it to “expand the production capacity of its packaging division.”
Through the transaction, which is subject to shareholder approval, Metalgráfica will become a fully owned subsidiary of CSN.
