Corus Long Products Announces Immediate Price Rise

Corus Long Products is raising prices for a wide range of its products by at least £60 per tonne, in reaction to higher input costs.

The company says that the increase, which takes into account rising international demand and prices for the affected products, will align its prices with those in the rest of Europe.

The price rise applies to all of Corus’ sections, plate, wire rod, bar, special profiles, and merchant billet output and takes effect immediately for all orders that are not part of existing contractual agreements.
