Contract Talks at ArcelorMittal USA, U. S. Steel Come Down to the Wire

Although union employees could walk off the job, such an action doesn’t seem to be likely, reports the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. 

“(Union members have) seen what’s happened to their parents and their communities, and I think they realize it’s not in their economic interest to take a strike,” Wayne State University labor relations professor Marick Masters told the Post-Gazette.
