Chinese Mills Should Throttle Back Production, Industry Official Says
04/01/2019 - The chairman of the China Iron & Steel Association is calling for domestic mills to restrain production as output rises despite that the country’s economy appears to be cooling.
According to the Reuters news service, China’s crude steel production in the first 60 days of 2019 rose 9% from the same period last year.
