Chinese Exports on Pace for 100M Metric Tons in 2024

10/15/2024 - With three months still to go in 2024, Chinese steel exports to the rest of the world have reached 81 million metric tons, up 21% from 2023, reports the Bloomberg news service.

According to Bloomberg, exports are at their highest level since 2016, and China is on track to ship more than 100 million metric tons.
