China Sets New Steel Capacity Rules

01/08/2018 - The Chinese government is imposing new rules on steelmakers who want to build new capacity, reports the Reuters news service.

According to Reuters, the rules will force producers to shed, in net, a quarter metric ton of capacity for every ton of new capacity.
