China's Average Daily Steel Output Expected to Jump in March
02/22/2018 - China’s steel production might “erupt” in mid-March when anti-pollution operating restrictions are lifted, reports the Reuters news service.
Producers in the country’s northern industrial region are currently working under orders to curtail output as a means to limit air pollution during the winter heating season. However, the curtailments expire 15 March, and with margins still healthy, producers are eager to ramp back up, Reuters said.
