China, EU Remain Apart on Global Overcapacity

06/02/2017 - European Union Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said China and the EU narrowed differences over steel overcapacity and China’s insistence that it be treated as a market economy.

However, the two still failed to settle on a final statement following an EU-China Summit in Brussels, Belgium, according to the Reuters news service.
