According to a press release from Charter Manufacturing, Aarrowcast offers a range of complex iron casting solutions and has an estimated annual production of approximately 85 million lbs. of castings.

“As a growth company, we continually evaluate opportunities to enhance our business,” said John W. Mellowes, Charter Manufacturing’s chief executive. “This acquisition expands our metals manufacturing offerings and will increase diversification of both our customer base and end markets.”

Aarrowcast will operate as Charter Aarrowcast. Mellowes said Brull will continue to lead Aarrowcast and will report to Bob Venable, Charter Manufacturing’s president and chief operating officer.
