Canadian Tribunal Rescinds Decision on Imported Concrete Rebar
01/12/2004 - The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has rescinded its January 2000 finding regarding concrete reinforcing bar from the Republic of Cuba, the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Turkey. The Tribunal’s decision follows an expiry review conducted in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act.

The case addressed hot-rolled deformed carbon or low-alloy steel concrete reinforcing bar, in straight lengths or coils, originating in or exported from the Republic of Cuba, the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Turkey.
The Tribunal advises that the statement of reasons will be issued within 15 days.
