Butech Bliss to Supply Choppers and Shear

Aug. 10, 2006 — Butech Bliss, Salem, Ohio, has received orders to supply two scrap choppers and a rotary style flying shear for Vulcan Aluminum of Foley, Ala.

One scrap chopper will replace a scrap winder on the company’s existing aluminum slitting line. Butech says this will help to increase production and facilitate safer operation of the slitting line.

The second scrap chopper and the rotary style flying shear will be part of an upgrade project on Vulcan's Aluminum Mini-Rolling Mill Line.
