Butech Bliss has completed the installation and start-up of a new leveler that was installed in the existing Samuel Steel push-pull pickling line located in Twinsburg, Ohio. The leveler was installed in the delivery section of the line. It has the ability to be traversed off line so that cleaning and maintenance can be performed on the machine while the line is in operation. The leveler helps Samuel Steel produce pickled product that has superior flatness characteristics. The leveler is designed to process material up to 72 inches wide by 0.260 inches thick.
