Atkore International Names New President of Allied Tube & Conduit
02/01/2013 - Atkore International announced the appointment of William (Bill) Taylor to the position of president—Allied Tube & Conduit, effective 4 February 2013.
Atkore International announced the appointment of William (Bill) Taylor to the position of president—Allied Tube & Conduit, effective 4 February 2013. Mr. Taylor will be located at Allied's headquarters and primary manufacturing facility in Harvey, Ill.

Mr. Taylor spent four years as the president at ITT Interconnect Solutions. From 2006-2008, he served as president of ITT China/India, and from 2003-2006 he held executive-level positions at ITT's Industrial and Biopharm Group.
Prior to his tenure with ITT, Mr. Taylor was president of Delta Companies Consolidated in Denham Springs, La. A significant amount of his career was devoted at Sundyne Corporation, where he held roles of increasing responsibility for quality, sales, service and engineering before becoming president. Mr. Taylor began his career at Sundstrand Aviation.
Mr. Taylor received a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management from Regis University, located in Denver, Colo.
