ATI California Facility Sold to Ulbrich Stainless
01/10/2022 - Steel re-roller and distributor Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals Inc. has acquired ATI Specialty Rolled Products’ Pico Rivera, Calif., USA, service center, according to an official press release.
The Pico Rivera facility will be renamed Ulbrich of California and join the company’s global network of 11 locations. Despite the change in ownership, ATI will remain the service center’s primary supplier of specialty alloy products, Ulbrich said.
