ArcelorMittal South Africa Appoints New CFO

The Board of Directors of ArcelorMittal South Africa Ltd. notified its shareholders that Rudolph Torlage, who was appointed as the Interim Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on August 23, has now been appointed as CFO and Executive Director of the company with effect from September 3.
 
Torlage, who was the General Manager of Company Controlling, worked closely with the previous CFO, Kobus Verster, for five years.
  
Torlage has been with the company for the past 20 years and has served in various managerial positions for the past 15 years. He represents the company as a non-executive director on the boards of various companies associated with ArcelorMittal South Africa. He also serves on several committees including ArcelorMittal South Africa’s Executive Committee.
