ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India Establishes Board and Executive Management
12/18/2019 - The newly established joint venture between ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AMNSI), has announced its management structure, according to news site SteelGuru.
Aditya Mittal, currently president and chief financial officer of ArcelorMittal and chief executive officer of ArcelorMittal Europe, will serve as chairman of the board of the joint venture.
The AMNSI board will consist of representatives from both ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel. ArcelorMittal representatives will include Mittal, Brian Aranha, Prabh Das and Hilde Van Grembergen. Representatives from Nippon Steel include Katsuhiro Miyamoto, Yoichi Furuta, Hideki Ogawa and Taisuke Nomura.
The company also announced the following appointments to the AMNSI management committee:
