ArcelorMittal Makes 'Take It or Leave It' Offer for ILVA
07/30/2018 - ArcelorMittal has upped its offer for Italy’s ILVA after the country’s new government began pushing for a better deal, reports commodities news and pricing service Argus Media.
"The enhanced commitments we presented today really do represent ArcelorMittal's best foot forward for the turnaround of the ILVA business,” said ArcelorMittal Europe chief executive Geert Van Poelvoorde, according to Argus.
