ArcelorMittal Acquires Astralloy
07/02/2008 - ArcelorMittal has acquired Astralloy Steel Products, a subsidiary of IMS International Metal Service.
ArcelorMittal announced that it has acquired Astralloy Steel Products Inc., a subsidiary of IMS International Metal Service.
Astralloy operates three warehouses and employs 60 people in North America. Products feature a mix of wear-resistant products, including traditional steels Roc 500 and Roc 400 as well as high-tech steels Trip-L-Tuff®, Astralloy-V®, EB-450, Rol-Man®, and Linebacker.
Astralloy’s 2007 revenues were USD 34 million.
