In a statement, the company said Biegalski most recently served as ArcelorMittal USA’s director of sales and marketing for plate products. 

“With over 34 years of industry experience, Biegalski has developed unparalleled expertise in steel plate. He has served as the chair of the Metals Service Center Institute’s plates and shapes council and has been a leading voice for the American steel industry. He is deeply committed to non-profit efforts and has held leadership roles in several capacities,” the company said.  

Also, the company said it has named Roxana Stoicea as chief financial officer.

“Stoicea joins AHP with more than 15 years of global finance, operations and strategy experience overseeing a diverse portfolio of manufacturing sectors like aerospace castings, OEM components, and industrial consumables,” the company said.
